Maybe he has ironclad case law in the 485 pages that will help other states.Hopefully so and that thought crossed my mind.
It sounds like he doesn't want to be overturned and took the time to assure it.

Democrat vote fraud has been rampant in Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Cleveland the past 2 elections.

I recall that in 2012 the Ohio and PA vote counts were very late in being reported, and they put Obama over the top. There were Counties that had over 100% of the number of registered voters. Total fraud.

They have driver’s licenses or at least an ID card- or can get an ID card easily.
