I agree , on both points
The Constitution is supposed to limit the power of government
and Obungler selectively superseded both Congress, and the Constitution.

Clapper sucks but it is true when the new President gets sworn in they take him in a room and show him the book of secrets and it changes everything. Nobody really knows the totality of what is going on til they take the oath.
