I call it desperation time. First the teaming up with Kasich and now announcing his shortlist for VP. Ted is scared to death.
Maybe it's starting to dawn on Ted that even if he manages to derail Trump and give the RNC that brokered convention that it wants, he isn't going to be the nominee. Maybe he thinks that a stunt like this will convince the RNC and its puppet delegates to consider him instead of Mitt or Jeb during the second or third vote.
