The author of this article is ignorant of taxes. Incorporating in Delaware is not a tax dodge. Corps are still taxed wherever they have nexus. Delaware is a place many companies choose as their home but not for tax reasons.

They don’t live there. They set up corporations there to save money on taxes.

That’s called hypocritical behavior: Saying ‘loopholes’ need to be closed while using them to benefit yourself.
