“Organic” is just a label. What you should eat is locally sourced food. It’s easier to verify authenticity and it is less likely to be “mega-farmed” which includes all kinds of stuff.
That’s what I explined in a previous post. For example, the non-venison meat we get for our kids is from a farm about ten miles away. They’re not certified organic; however, I know that farmer and his family. They follow organic practices outlined by the USDA, but choose not to get fed gov involved for the sake of the little green sticker.
