Christie would make a NE ticket—misses the chance to bring in another part of the country.
Abbott is backing Cruz. At least Trump would never say, “Stand up, Greg!” like Slow Joe would.
Scott does not have the appeal nationwide.
You are right that it should be someone with some experience with Congress.
