Got me some Bertolli's Alfredo sauce yesterday, as it was on sale at the "BigBox" store here. I always have boneless chicken breast on hand, so it's simple to saute a couple in EVOO, then add the sauce. Homemade is better, but this is fast and easy (not to mention that good grated Parmesan here is EXPENSIVE!

Hey, missed the Wilkes Barre rally so was trying to catch up and saw your posts.
Just wanted to tell you I’m glad you’re on the mend!
I’m guessing we’re close to the same age and I know I don’t get over stuff as quick as I used to. Heck I never used to get sick. Had a years worth of sick leave coming when I retired.
