Trump is whining a bit....this guy used all sorts of laws to screw over small businesses when he filed for bankruptcy - FOUR TIMES!!! Trump’s response - “I was using the laws to my benefit”. So Trump can do things like screw the little guy .....but let someone else follow the rules .....and Trump’s head explodes.

Face it...Trump has been ignoring the rules - and whines when someone else follows the rules.

BTW - Trump is a BIG LIAR. (Why does he call Cruz a liar ? What he claims Cruz did in Iowa was actually done by Rubio’s campaign.) Figure the big lies as follows:
a. Trump promised in the past to release his Income Tax returns - now he won’t. What is he hiding? He must have been lying when he promised to release the forms.
b. Trump said he would ‘self-fund’ his campaign. WHY IS HE ONLY “LOANING” his campaign the money? If it is a loan, then he is free to hold fund raisers and get money from other people, and pay himself back. If he was self-funding....then he would GIVE his campaign the money - NOT LOAN IT. How is he NOT LYING when he claims to ‘self-fund’ - but loans the money??
c. He claims to be conservative - but is clueless on real conservative values...which he can’t articulate properly...and they are subject to frequent changes! Where has he really been a conservative?

Sorry if this disturbs the “Trumpsters” ....but he is not a conservative, and he has effectively destroyed the Republican party and given a victory to the Democrats. Turn out will be way down...and I expect that the Democrats have a good chance of re-taking the Senate.

The Donald has come across as an ignorant buffoon who doesn’t know squat about foreign affairs, military affairs (re-listen to his ‘expertise’ when asked about the Triad...he was clueless!)

Sorry for the rant....but rather than attack me - first answer the questions I posed about Trump’s lies. Why are they not lies? If they are lies...then what does that say about him...and those who follow him?

“Trump promised in the past to release his Income Tax returns - now he won’t.”

He said he would when the audit is over, and his accounting firm sent a letter to MSM backing that up. By the way, Cruz promised to release his; he only released partial forms without any details.

I do not care if he or anyone else releases their income tax returns. Who reads them anyway plus it is no one’s business? I do not know one person who has ever read them or even glanced at them in the past.

“Trump said he would ‘self-fund’ his campaign.”

He is self-funding; he had never used the word “loan” and he has given his campaign $35 million and another $20 million that was just announced. That’s $55 million that has not come from donations.

BFD.

Most world leaders don't give a rip about US interests. All the knowledge about so-called foreign affairs is worth a handful of dust in a world that sees YOU as the problem.

FTW.

On gun rights his position is the strongest of any candidate....calling for a national license across all state lines

Calls for end to sanctuary cities...Cruz voted against a bill to defund then

His trade stance is well known...Cruz has consistently voted against moves against China (must be Heidi’s influence)

I disagree. Trump knows exactly what he’s doing with this and it is amazing that Cruz and Kasich (and the GOPe) are falling right into the trap. It is not whining...it’s presenting a narrative in an election year where the electorate is PO’d and doesn’t want politics as usual. He will beat this dead horse and gain even more momentum from it. He will overwhelmingly win on Tuesday and regardless of the overall delegate distribution (as some are not WTA states) the narrative is that Trump is piling on the wins. California polls will look even better as will Indiana. And he has NJ after Indiana. Trump will keep hammering the narrative and Cruz and Kasich will look much more desperate and keep losing badly, ruining their credibility. Not much of a problem for Kasich, he’s at the end of his career, but much worse for Ted who is only 44 and is quickly putting himself out of contention for a local city council seat in Texas let alone re-election to Senator. The only thing in his favor is the American people are very forgiving and have short memories...I think perhaps not, in this case, though.

Business big and small use the bankruptcy laws....that’s what they’re there for.

Not sure what you’re talking about in Iowa...it was Cruz’s team who told the voters that Carson was leaving the race and to vote for Cruz. This was set up by Amanda Carpenter (Cruz’s special friend) and not refuted by the Cruz campaign until it was too late...even though they knew it was a lie before it was too late. Are you saying that Rubio’s people told the voters to vote for Cruz???

Trump is spending his own money...period. Lobbyists have tried to buy him and no dice. I see NO problem with it being called a loan. Maybe he’ll be paid back by federal funds at some later date? Does it matter? It’s Cruz who claims he’d never take lobbyist money but is blatantly lying about it.

And the old Trump isn’t a conservative meme. Is “consevative” welcoming illegals swarming across the border with teddy bears, voting for the Corker bill that turned the constitution on it’s head, voting for TPA and then changing his vote after it no longer mattered (see comment on Iowa above for more of this strategy) or voting to expand H1-B visas 500%? Is that conservative??? If so then Cruz is your man.

He only filed for bankruptcy on 4 companies out of over 100 owned and made successful. I would take those odds in our government any day! Could you imagine, only a 4% failure rate in Congress? Trumps not a failure at all, he still owns all his assets and never had to go public either. Very rare for a company with his net worth too.

Here's your answer:

“If you are a NeverTrump type person, you are working against our purposes on FR, so please opus out now and log off and let us carry on with our mission in peace.

Continue insulting us with 24/7 anti-Trump diatribes and insults, your opus will be assumed.”

You are the extremely "ignorant buffoon"; not Trump.

You don't understand business, you refuse to face reality and instead, blindly post utter crap about Trump and ignore the fact that Teddy IS a damned LIAR and a FRAUD !

Cruz has lied by omission and commission, many time over. And what he and his team did in Iowa was filthy, unprincipled, and unethical...all things he continues to do.

I suggest that you read Jim Robinson's latest directive thread. Or you can keep up trashing Trump and ride the lightning bolt.

I am a Trump supporter, not a "Trumpster." Playground name-calling dilutes your reasonableness of a potential valid position.

As for "attacking," little is accomplished by attacking except in combat. I will say that I believe you appear to know very little about business, much less the only business man running for office.

As for Trump's financial disclosure, Trump met all FEC financial requirements.

As for his campaign funding process, be assured his competitors, the FEC, and the IRS has this under a microscope, so you need not accuse him of lying, nor concern yourself in his financial affairs.

As for the triad, it's comforting to know that you are a military genius and perhaps you can coach him when he becomes CiC. Apparently when he attended a military academy, the triad was not part of the curriculum, and since then, was more focused on building his company. Shame!

As far as being a "conservative," many parrot that accusation, but I have not seen a definitive list of conservative attributes to which Trump nor any of the others can be measured against.

Assuming you believe Ted Cruz is a conservative, I will ask you, as I have asked eight others here, to list six conservative positions Ted Cruz endorses. Further, I would argue that one primary core-attribute of a conservative is a strong sense of ethics, in words and deeds. Cruz has proven repeatedly that he has no ethics, which is really sad fo a career lawyer and politician.

CNN called out Cruz on the Ben Carson shenanigans and outright called Cruz a liar. Do your homework and see the CNN's comments on video. Further, the Iowa voter intimidation flyer was disgusting. For me, it was these two despicable acts by Cruz that turned me from a Cruz supporter to endorsing Trump.

Finally, if you took the time to research how Trump started a business 40 years ago to become a billionaire and international business tycoon building dozens of hotels and golf courses all over the world, employing thousands of people, testifying before Congress about the US economy, you might have a clue about the real world instead of the make-believe dream-world (nightmare) you're in.

When you commute to job sites in your $100 million Boeing 757 and $7 million Sikorsky helicopter, get back to us on how you think a campaign and managing the country for prosperity should be run.

In the meantime, we will wait for your list of Cruz' list of actual ethical conservative positions.

Lies are only lies when taken within a certain context. Sure, The Donald blusters, and backfills, and says outrageous things, but do his supporters care? Those are the very things they like most about the guy. The Donald is not, by any measure, a “conservative”, either, but again, his supporters DO NOT CARE. He is one hell of a crusader, and maybe this is the aspect that most frightens the #NeverTrump folks, it is just not prudent or seemly.

General George S. Patton was not an easy man to follow either. But his men would have followed him all the way to Moscow if the worried people back in Washington had not called him back once he had broken across the Rhine the first time.

Prudent and seemly are not the virtues many think them to be, and especially not in these times, when the very concept of America is in an existential battle with the forces of chaos and even decivilization now going on in the world. There is a time for niceties and polite conversation, and there is time for rallying the troops.

If this is found to be unappealing, then consider the alternative.

“Trump promised in the past to release his Income Tax returns - now he won’t. What is he hiding?”

Mike Huckabee advised him not do do it under any circumstance.

Also, why doesn’t Cruz release his U.S. citizenship verification documents? What is he hiding?
