On “The O’Reilly Factor” last night, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the FBI is in the final stages of its investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private email server, and he believes the agency has more than enough evidence to indict and convict her…
“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Judge Napolitano stated. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.”
He said he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.
Whether they do or not, however, is another issue and a politically-charged one, Judge Napolitano added.

In order for Hillary to be convicted several FBI agents will have to destroy themselves (via Hillary’s attack machine coupled with her friends in the media) to see it through. I hope it happens, but would you be willing to give up everything you’ve built over your life just to bring Hillary down? Powerful corrupt people don’t fight fair.
I would like to see the FBI go after first Huma (and hillary’s other long time close advisor, forgot-her-name), then chelsea, then bill, and then finally hillary.

I agree with the exception that her husband Bubba is the paid speech bagman with the cash for favors money funneling through Bubba under the cover of a paid speech into the Foundation. I think that is what she is hiding in the 31,000 e mails she did not turn over.Hopefully the FBI was able to recover the e mails after she wiped them.
The OJ jury had overwhelming evidence too.
Obama could pardon her right now, and he can pardon her on January 20, 2017 as long as it’s before 11:59 am.
