Oh, of course, the humidity! I didn’t watch the Grizzlies today, but that ain’t good, to lose power. How long was it out?

I remember the Niners were involved in two outages (the last year they were in the Super Bowl, and lost :( ). The first was during a home Monday Night Football game - sitting there at the bar, eating my ribs as slowly as possible until the game restarted. And then during the SB in Nola. Something.

The Giants had a rough year last year, lots of injuries. Losing Joe Panik to a back injury was a real blow. Of course, getting rookie Kelby Tomlinson, who is a doppleganger of my son, was a great find. Besides the great talent, there is a really positive vibe in the clubhouse... no clubhouse poison with that team!

Johnny Cueto and Samarjack (sp) are great pickups, too.

I’d love to make it to spring training someday :)

Power was out in the immediate area of the FedEx Forum. It was down 20-25 minutes. They have old fashioned lights (argon?) that require a cool down before coming back. ESPN kept it in studio until the lights returned. They got text updates from Tirico. Then, wouldn’t you know it, when lights did return, and the game started, they went to a series of commercials. They had to catch up.

This is an even numbered year so the Giants should be in good shape.
