Britain created Iraq.
L
To be specific, the Iraqi borders were drawn by WINNIE (the pooo) Churchill
He was always at your throat or on his knees begging to be bailed out in this war or that!
From concentration camps for Boer farmers in S Africa till WWII, Winnie the Pooo was stirring one witches caldron or another.
The only reason he's been redeemed a little bit in my thinking, is because O'Buttface hates him.
If O'Buttface hates you, you can't be all bad.
No; it was the Kingdom of Iraq, not the Republic of Iraq, that involved Britain giving independence to the area thereof, and Churchill was not PM in 1932; not even Chamberlain was. T.E. Lawrence had a big hand in that independence push. Furthermore, Churchill was not the PM in 1947; it was Clement Attlee, who ended the military occupation.
