Boycotts work just fine. Lawsuits are for sexual assaults committed due to Target’s carelessness.
Then use the boycott; I’m too low on the financial totem pole to give them much business anyway (more of a Wal-Mart person), and I’d happily support it just because their solution (the freaky free-for-all) is repellent to me.
