And Ryan is running the convention in Cleveland. I was concerned with his statement he made when saying he would not be a candidate. He said,"Let me be clear: I do not want, nor will I accept the Republican nomination. So let me speak directly to the delegates on this: If no candidate has a majority on the first ballot, I believe you should only choose a person who actually participated in the primary. Count me out."

Ryan is essentially saying that any of the 17 who entered the race should be considered. How he gets around Rule 40b is a question. Rubio is not releasing his delegates. Can we see the GOPe put together a deal that will have their candidate as the nominee? I don't trust Ryan and hope he loses in the WI primary in his district. He is being challenged this year by a good candidate.
