Really? Costa Rica, Panama, where almost everyone speaks english due to the locks and the military base that was there for decades? That is not what expats are saying about these two countrys.

I live in Oregon, it has the distinction of the state with the most unbelief in the nation. The county where Portland is located has issued a decree (these are unelected bureaucrats) that any boy or girl 15 years and older who feels like the opposite sex may be given hormone treatment by the nurse at school, without the parents permission, get it? without the parents permission!!!

Many Americans live in Central America, some have for their entire lives...especially in Panama.

I have many friends living there. As with any country, there will be crime.
