Sadly, this is all a moot point. Trump may yet win the nomination, but he will have done so by alienating himself from and making himself unacceptable to a majority of Republicans. So a significant portion of his own party will not support him, and his fans will not support anyone else. And after watching him and his fans threatening for months to stay home or go 3rd party if he does not get the nomination, calls for everyone to unite behind him to defeat Hillary will mainly fall on deaf ears. After all, if the threat of Hillary was not significant enough for he and his fans to unite behind a nominee other than him, why would it be significant enough for his opponents to unite behind him??

At this point, I think we will lose 30+ states, the Senate, and possibly the House - regardless of who ends up being the nominee.

Nonsense. Speak for your Cruz fanboy self. Stop projecting...

The one who has alienated himself is Imam Ted. He’s insulted Trump supporters, Italians, hell, even an entire state.

Trump is already gaining ground on Hillary. He has nowhere to go but up. She can slide sideways at best.

This country (not just GOP voters) is on the verge of a Revolution.

If you think that Cruz supporters won't be able to overcome the fact that their man lost fair and square, then they're far more petty than I could have imagined. At least they won't be able to raise the argument that Trump's nomination was illegitimate, which certainly wouldn't be the case in the event of a Cruz nomination.

Do you see now how the GOPe and Ted Cruz, by adopting their insane and suicidal "NeverTrump" vendetta, has painted themselves into a corner?

Don't you see that they've created a dynamic where, if Trump doesn't get the nomination, the party burns and we end up with President Hillary?

You can thank the Left/Media/GOPe, and the Cruz campaign for not fully thinking through their Machiavellian machinations. They've made their bed, and now they're going to have to sleep in it.

And, as a die-hard Cruz supporter, so are you.

So snap out of it!

Thus, despite your hand-wringing, the country will unite behind Donald Trump to relegate Hillary Clinton to the dustbin of history.

And if they don't, then the Revolution will just have to take some other form.

So, with all due respect, to Hell with your "this is all a moot point" defeatism...

Vote Trump
