If me and the pregnant wife are vacationing in France and she delivers the baby on French soil and the French government extends citizenship THAT does NOT delete American citizenship.
Ah but we are NOT talking about citizenship, we are talking about natural born citizenship... YOU and YOUR pregnant wife are the only two people that can bestow 'natural born' US citizenship upon YOUR child... and if you do not have the foresight to do it on US soil then YOUR offspring is NOT natural born...
I am yet to be convinced that Ted Cruz is actually an American citizen, period. He will NEVER EVER be a natural born US citizen.
If you want to bring that baby back to American soil you have to go to the American embassy and register his birth because the French hospital is not giving him a US birth certificate
