Why are these trumpers still dragging up inconsequential and untrue stories about Ted Cruz?

I thought the trumpers were supremely confident. They keep telling me so.
I think most of us are, after all, he's going to be President, and in a landslide.
But, it is fun though to knock the mud off our shoes by kicking a guy who is down from time to time. After all, he's been a real prick.
