At least not in a newer or nicer car ;-) I've probably driven through some of them. Most states have some areas like that. I have knack for finding them, by accident usually, sometimes because that's where the work is.
I took a wrong turn once and found myself in an unfamiliar area. Someone threw an empty wine bottle at my car. Fortunately, it bounced off of the frame instead of coming through my open window.
