A lot of celebrities have died from prescription drugs lately. Heath Ledger for example. Opiates as painkillers can lead to addiction. In Prince’s case I can see that it starts off as a painkiller and then you sadly become addicted. You build a tolerance and need more and more.
Plus Prince may have had health issues that lead to that addiction, who knows.
