A new law wasn’t needed, and by N. Carolina making one, it unfortunately now puts this whole matter within the various Courts’ purview, including eventually, the Supreme Court one day.
Trump was right. Should have left the subject alone. It wasn’t broke and didn’t need fixing. Now it is into the Court system. And the Libs will take it and run with it, right up to the Supreme Court. Bad move, a really bad move to create more law, because now we will get it indeed, and if the latest Supreme Court’s track record is any indication, it will be bad law.
The left knows how to pick fights propitious to its cause, while the right just continues to rage blindly as if God wasn’t asking something out of their personal souls too and just OWED them the victory.
