Let me throw this out. Women with anorexia have body dysphoria. In other words, they are skinny but they believe themselves to be fat. Should we just start agreeing with them that they’re fat or should we get them mental health care? Will we be called ‘weight-ists’ if we think they are not what they think they are? Is body weight just a social construct?
