The first time I heard Buck Sexton sub for Rush, he was fascinating... He discussed foreign policy at length, especially re ISIS, al Qaeda, the Middle East, etc.
He's still going on and on about Earth Day (yawn), although he just said he will shortly be discussing "all things GOP": Trump, Cruz, Kasich.
