Do you honestly think the only danger is a women’s restroom is men? Or in a men’s restroom, women?
The only time I have been accosted in a women’s restroom was by another woman/girl of a privileged class who decided she wanted my earrings.
This world is full of weird, dangerous people. That does not magically change when you walk through the door of a public restroom if you can only keep transgendered people out. 99.9% of the time you wouldn’t even recognize them.
Time to get a grip and start using our brains. That’s what God gave them to us for. Although it’s obvious some of us have been short changed in that department.
Do you honestly think that adding another danger - enforced by law - is an appropriate act?
Dear Duchess,
I said nothing about women being accosted. That is not my narrative at all..
I have raised a house full of daughters and as you should know, Duchess, women like their privacy, and I want them to have it. It may not be a big issue in restrooms with stalls, but nevertheless, it could be by the mere presence of a male, especially with a sensitive female - young or old.
But in a woman’s locker room where the ladies are in all stages of undress, it will always be a major issue. My wife, an octogenarian like me, works out at the Y all the time, is one who is very private and sensitive. The Charlotte ordinance included transgender males in locker rooms.
I don’t believe a transgender should have the right to stomp upon women’s right to privacy.
Pack heat, young lady.
