CW2 won't work (unless you mean "culture war" v2.0). We have to get in there and change the culture so that people once again become "circumcised in the heart" (cf Rom 2:29). Until that happens, the country will just continue left, regardless of what you or I want. Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's.
