Why are you so worried then?
You know that Trump has almost no chance of getting enough votes to win on the first ballot.
You know that Ted Cruz will probably win on the 2nd.
You can sing yourself to sleep saying Ted Cruz is history and it won’t make Ted Cruz history.

Trump has over 50% more delegates than Cruz. He has received millions more votes during the primary. Trump's popularity is soaring. Cruz continues to drop like a rock, all he can talk about is Trump. This issue is just one more example of Cruz being completely off message. Ted has not done well in any battle ground states. He cannot win in the general.
It does not look like Trump will have any problem getting to 1237. Trump is now the presumptive nominee. Even if Trump somehow came up a little short, the leadership will steer enough unpledged delegates to get Trump over the top and avoid a disastrous contested convention.
Even if this was to go to a "second vote" there is no way that Ted can get the hundreds of additional votes that he would need to get to a majority. Cruz has a bunch of GOP insiders on his campaign team. Ted doesn't have a "brilliant ground game"; Ted has had the insiders fixing the game. Ted's operatives who have been installed as other candidates pledged delegates are loyal to the party not Cruz. The party is finally starting to come to the realization that Trump is going to be the guy. It is over for Ted.
I can't wait to see you guys disappear when Trump becomes the nominee!
