The left deals with social issues by changing them at the Supreme Court level and forcing the results on the country. Our Presidents have to appoint ones who won’t do that.

Yes, that is true, but even conservative Presidents have made mistakes in appointing SC judges.

The key issue is that we are not electing a President to deal with social issues, since he doesn't have the power to do so.
