the arrogance of this man. the British did not win the war against Germany in order to become a feudal serf under dominion of the EU. neither did the US. so, why would our president want a war compatriot to continue to be subjugated to an unelected government in Brussels? perhaps Obama has grander hopes for his retirement billet once he leaves the White House, and doesn’t want this job opportunity to vanish, if England exiting the EU led to its breakup.
and is Obama’s desire for England to continue to be dominated by the EU supposed to supersede the democratic wishes of the British people, who would prefer to be free of the tyrannical whims of the EU? the man can’t help himself because he really thinks he knows best.
