might be from an ACE-inhibitor medication she might be taking for high blood pressure.Very easy to correct, switch her to angiotensin receptor blocker. She has good doctors and if this was the problem, she would have been changed to an ARB.

yep...or if she had a stroke she could have decreased reflex and voluntary cough forces that can lead to a little aspiration.
Just an odd thing but eh.... who really cares?
