The California Primary is closed for the Presidential Race only. All the other contests are Top 2, so anyone can vote for all the Congressional, State and Local races and propositions. So, if you are not registered as a Republican, you cannot vote for Trump, Cruz or Kasich.

So many were registering in CA, they ran out of Republican registration forms and had to order more...I can’t imagine why...lol
