Thing is, Biblical consequence for child sacrifice is invasion and conquest. Other abominations coinciding with the moral fall of a nation were also addressed but seems human sacrifice is the bottom of the pit. So, build the wall but that will not delay the wrath of God. Only national repentance will delay it.
