So, outlaw the sale of oral contraceptives, then. I don't agree with exceptions other than life of the mother but I don't see how they're as bad as the widespread use of contraceptives which, with very few exceptions, are abortaficants.
Is the issue murdering millions of children in the womb, or murdering millions of children with invasive procedures rather than flushing then down the toilet ?

Since we can find something worse (and I'd argue with your example, anyway--yes, oral contraceptives should be outlawed!), that somehow means that we're allowed to commit evil? On that basis, we're allowed to do almost anything!
These appeals to "it's not worse than [x]" or "others do plenty of bad things already" (both of those excuses being basic fallacies) would INCREASE the evil in the world, not decrease it. The fact that we can't yet do anything (in the legal arena) about hormonal contraception (and its concomitant abortion effects) doesn't give us the green light to let ANOTHER evil have our approval.
