I agree with you. But this is the platform. This is where you put in the perfect scenario. I agree this would probably not be enacted, but if you feel all life is valued you have to have this as your basis. Implementing law is totally different.
If all life is valued are against the death penalty?
Does that also mean that if use my firearm to defend my life that I'm guilty of murder?
