Movie theaters and malls where teen aged girls are likely to be will be like hunting grounds and they are bad enough now.

So if we do nothing and enforce the current laws, everything is fine
If we create new laws, it is just larger government for feel good initiatives that will do nothing.
So you want to spend millions and millions of dollars creating federal bathroom regulations? A Federal Bureau of Potties? With their own armed police force going from bathroom to bathroom looking for the wrong gender on the wrong potty?
What more can we practically do?
