But doesn’t it seem a bit much for 0.02% of the population? Why should small businesses be burdened with this cost by government fiat, even if it’s local government?
A small business generally already has private, individual facilities. And it’ll be a whole lot cheaper than the lawsuits coming down the pike because spineless politicians don’t want to stand up for common sense.
