Slow down. Trump was asked about transgenders not transvestites. In most cases only legally recognized transgenders - they had to have gone through a process recognized by the medical establishment and issued an ID card as a transgender - can use their assigned sex id facilities in New York. There is no way Trump can ban a transgender person from his bathroom.
What I am seeing is social Cruz warriors mix the transvestite thing with transgender to confuse the issue and get their social conservative attack going on Trump.
