Ted Cruz over the next several weeks IMO is going to be so marginalized that if he does not heed calls to drop out he will become hated and vilified by the republican voting base who want to coalesce around Trump and get this nomination over with. We need to move and Ted Cruz and John Kasich need to accept it.
No, those at the conference are discussing this now. The RNC committee has no binding authority on the rules changes. But they do make recommendations. It is being discussed for real. Ted Cruz is there now.
