I didn’t think there would be anything wrong with asking a question.
It is my impression that torturing people is against the law.
Illegal combatants are, under the Laws of Land Warfare, subject to summary execution; put them up against the wall and shoot them dead.
Would that make you happier?
It’s OK to shoot them dead, but not OK to waterboard them?
