Cruz is running and still has a good chance on the second ballot. I don’t think now is the time to reduce our options for the general.
The only reason to vote for Cruz rather than Hillary is that Cruz will dissolve the United States a little slower.
There is not a good chance that there will be a second ballot, unless the rules are changed for the express purpose of screwing Trump. In which case, the Republican Party no longer exists.
Cruz staying in to derail Trump with shady delegate nonsense is disenfranchising the voters.
Most Trump voters would never forgive or forget it.
