Tubman was apparently someone who protested slavery effectively. She was probably therefore a REPUBLICAN because Repubs were anti-slavery.
Anyhow, it seems the best type of person to put on the most-used $20 bill would be someone who actually CREATED something in COMMERCE. Not a protestor. Give a protestor a statue somewhere, but not on a highly-valued currency note in commerce.
