>Nothing has really changed. He won New York as expected.

The issue isn't that he won, the issue is how poorly Ted did. Ted no longer appears to be a legitimate contender because he couldn't even pull the really Conservative areas of the state. He still has lots of very loyal supporters, but not enough to win.

I know how loyal Cruz supporters are to Ted, but at some point that loyalty is going to harm the country. Ask Ted to drop and endorse Trump. As a team we can't be beat, but divided Hillery wins for sure.

Cruz had a good first run at the presidency. Make sure it's not his last by supporting unity instead total war.

Nice post.

However, I disagree.

I still don’t think that Trump can attain the necessary votes to win on the first vote.

I still think Ted Cruz will win on a second ballot.

My loyalty is the the USA.

I sincerely do not think there is a chance of Trump beating Hillary.

I think Ted Cruz can. I think a Trump nomination would harm the country. He is wildly unpopular in fly-by country.

The only reason we would be divided after Ted Cruz gets the nomination is if trumpers sull up and refuse to vote.

Most Cruz supporters have stuck with their pledge to vote for the nominee.

Most Trump supporters refuse to do so. That tells me something about their loyalty...it’s to Trump and not the country.
