I had forgot about this supposed incident:

What spooked the USS Donald Cook so much in the Black Sea?

http://www.voltairenet.org/article185860.html

As the Russian jet approached the US vessel, the electronic device disabled all radars, control circuits, systems, information transmission, etc. on board the US destroyer. In other words, the all-powerful Aegis system, now hooked up - or about to be - with the defense systems installed on NATO’s most modern ships was shut down, as turning off the TV set with the remote control.

It would be surprising if the Russians tipped their hand this way. Better to use it in battle and as a surprise.

If true, the Pentagon will be working on a counter measure ASAP and will be able to nullify it.

Your bullsh*t article shows exactly why the Russians do these things - to report it in their TV as great victories over Americans, so their people forget that they don’t have anything to eat.

I guess that you are referring to this http://theaviationist.com/2014/04/14/su-24-buzzes-us-warship/ but, no ECM was used, and it would have been stupid to use any type of ECM and reveal any electronic signatures. No sane pilot would have done that.

You are reading to many comic books.
