Try the pot,it helps. I have seen many specialist and occasionally to this day have nose bleeds. It's unfortunate but two of my daughters have the same problem. Err! I rather have the AC running than feel or smell a heater. All my kids complain how cold I keep my house. But it helps my breathing during the winter. Spring is another problem for me. I like working in my yard but I pay for it.

On topic about Trump, On my lunch break I watched Hannity’s interview with Cruz...finally. I was amazed how Hannity got completely aggravated with Cruz on answering his specific question about his grabbing up delegates. It was GREAT!

I never had pollen allergies until I was well into my 40s. But living in the city didn't help, as we lived across the street from a park! LOL
Now we live in exurbia, surrounded by trees and woods. I'm nuts!
I'm going to use the spray again, before I go to bed.
