Use Saline products. I use the little pot with the solution. Messy but helps. I do it before a bath in the eve

Saline.. absolutely... ever notice how a lot of sinus and allergy situations dissipate at the beach? I do the nasal spray. I make up my own with sea salt (Pink Himalayan)

ha,Yes. I own one but forget the name. WoW,am I getting old. Love it though and it really helps.
