Carly perhaps, but thinking maybe not. There are better alternatives. I like the current Gov of Texas, Abbot. But Trump doesn’t need his help to win that state.

Originally thought that Kasich would be a good choice, as it fit with what Trump said in his Bob Woodward interview with regard to qualifications in a VP he’s looking for. With Kasich’s recent really odd positions, don’t think that’s a viable option.

Starting to get the feeling that Walker would be reasonable. Would help Trump in the Midwest. Also, Walker has a record of winning elections. Winning 3 statewide races in 4 years is nothing to sneeze at. Walker could be the means for Trump to throw a bone to the GOPe but still not totally tick off the conservative base.

I like Scott Walker- but I don’t think he fits into the mold of a Donald Trump coalition. He has the perception of being a union buster which may drive off the blue collar democrats he is trying to woo. Moreover, he has somewhat of a reputation for not being the sharpest and could get the Dan Quayle treatment in some respect.
