You do realize that all but two states have WTA in the Electoral College, too? Are you going to continue that nonsensical line in the general election, too? I ask because the states control the proportional rules in the general similarly to how the parties do it in many primaries.

In 2012, Florida went 50-49 for Obama, with Romney trailing by only 74,309 votes. Should Florida's 29 Electoral Votes been split 15-14 instead of 29-0?
