Sharyl Attkissons Full Measure It's often called the world's most popular encyclopedia, but we'll uncover what you may not know about Wikipedia!
Well, looking at your sign-up date, I see we’ve both been around here a long, long time. In fact, there are people able to vote this year that weren’t even born when I started doing this thread here!
But surely you know someone on Free Republic, someone you’ve admired and respected, who now are on the other side (Trump, versus Cruz; Cruz versus Trump) who you’ve lost respect and admiration for? Not so much for them supporting the other candidate, but their misrepresentation of the facts, a nasty distain for the “enemy candidate’s” followers, and a boastful, even gleeful, snarky delight taking it to them?
That’s what that cartoon means to me.
Yes you did.
I suggest you find out before you go!
Find out what a Delaware super delegate does and is expected to do. Talk to party people you respect (if there are any! And I mean that not to insult you, just the RINOs).
When is your primary? Personally, I would think your vote should be commensurate with the overall vote Republicans make in your primary.
That’s your assignment for the week, Pat! Now report back to us next Sunday, LOL!!!
Hillary gets caught with deer in headlights looks. Movie star guest sets us all straight. And my surprise job two weeks from now.
You are correct, onyx is a true FR treasure. And yes, too many trolls, and I don't know what is going on with FR either. I don't come to the site often any more. I tried a few times to ask for reasoned discussion, despite our differences and got beat to a pulp. Fought back a bit and got beat to a pulp..... gave up. Not worth it any more for the most part....Not an opus, I am not that full of myself, just saying that the site is not what it once was. Hope you are well!

(And before anyone (not you) wants to look at how often I post, and when I signed up go right ahead. There is this thing called lurking and lurkers also donate money for the upkeep of the site... just sayin...)
Sorry Dirty Teddy is going downloads
Okay, glad you updated what I revealed.
First, heh, I am NOT a super-delegate. I am not even a Delegate-at-large which is what my BFF Linda, secretary of the Republican party, said I might be. When she heard I was telling people I was a super delegate she told me to shut up, Delaware doesn’t even have such a thing.
The primary is next Tuesday a week. I THINK the delegates vote for who won in the primary and this is cool.
I am going WITHOUT a date to the dinner but damn I hate this. Somewhere out there is a man who needs me and who is NOT a priest.
But I’m going to do it cause I can bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan.
Although they are talking about inviting Father Flowers to speak, please don’t let that happen.
Thank you very much and well, I excited.
It’s a great phrase no matter what and so true today
Should have read Hewitt was a “pathetic whore” sorry about that.
You are welcome here anytime. And we discourage those who pick on others.
Zinger of the week:
....."politicalparties choose their nominees not the voters"
Curly Haugland RNC rules committee member answering questions from becky Quick CNBC.Just too much.
Thank you...
It’s a mistake to include Hewitt with those who actually want Cruz to win. Hewitt is 100% GOPe insider. He has a streak of dishonesty in him that is long and wide.
Any support that he is voicing for Cruz is false and is done with the goal of preventing Trump from gaining 1237. Once that is done Cruz will have the long knives turned on him.
Don’t be surprised when your state turns into what we have here in Mexifornia.
Whoa!
I was gonna say...
Sorry about that if I don’t check/re-check the smart phone it automatically changes words, makes me crazy.
You NEVER have to apologize to me sir! (well unless you call me a pathetic whore or something)
“Well, looks like we’re back!
Free Republic these days:”
Yes, a sorry state. But implying the two sides are the same is wrong. Trump has run a scurrilous, dirty campaign lying about and insulting every one of his opponents; Cruz has run a campaign on the issues. Trump’s supporters here are doing the same.
Totally disagree. On every point.
Moreover, I was opposed to Obama from the very beginning, as he did not meet the Constitutional requirements to be president; namely, he is not a natural born citizen, with a foreign father who never settled in or became American.
I, and folks like me, were ridiculed as crazy, and then called birthers (as if that name was a euphemism for crazy) and finally racist. To me, the Constitution is paramount, and I took an oath to defend it, and that oath has never expired.
Ted Cruz is also not a natural born citizen. He was born to only one American parent, and he spend the first 3 years of his life as a Canadian. He even had Canadian citizenship up to a couple of years ago.
Why would I be right on Obama but wrong on Cruz?
Cruz didn’t make it. Our candidate is Donald J. Trump and unless you work for Hillary he should be yours as well.
I don’t know how this comment got posted on this thread. Sorry for the intrusion.
