Even if those opposed to the idea of climate change are wrong, even if they know it and are doing so purposely for commercial gain, this is purely a matter of free speech. As such, any attempt to apply criminal laws to those people, let alone the RICO statute, is an invitation to revolution. Because, make no mistake, right now the Left is only going after big companies. It will not take them long to go after ordinary people in their jobs or at the universities. These people are totalitarians, which means that they seek not only to win, but to control all of our thoughts and actions.
The Leftists are always calling for a revolution. Let’s see if they have the guts to actually start one. I suspect very strongly that in a nation with 400 million guns in civilian hands, that they will shrink away like the snowflakes that they are. However, in the event that I am wrong, Bring It On!

Our side should start talking about putting the warmists in jail, including not only climate scientists, but warmist propaganda-pushing teachers. After all, it is an organized attempt to replace our free-market democratic republic with third-world tyranny, so let’s throw that RICO theory right back at them, and let them know that if we take over, they may be the ones on the wrong side of that aggressive use of this law.

The fraud? It is a SIN and a SHAME what our very own government has done to coal mining families. Actually, it’s CRIMINAL. Somebody should pay for the damages to these families..
