Volunteers at the Colorado Republican Assembly are coming forward with evidence to indicate that their states delegate selection process was riddled with errors that disadvantaged some Donald Trump supporters who were running to become national delegates.
The errors could have violated state bylaws significantly enough that some of the results could be contested, according to the volunteers.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) took all 34 of Colorados delegates last week in a process that closed down traditional caucus voting to the public.
A handful of volunteers spoke to Breitbart News about the process.
Im the former Chairman of the Pueblo County Republican Party and the person who developed the Slates for National Delegates for the Trump team. The Colorado GOP website was filled with errors posted about the National Delegates, Nancy Mizel told Breitbart News.
Mizel took a photograph of a ballot in Congressional District 7 that included ONLY the ballot numbers of delegate candidates, NOT the names of the candidates as required by state bylaws.
But Article Xiii of the Colorado Republican Convention bylaws (Assemblies and Conventions Section A) show that a delegate candidate must be identified alongside the name of the presidential candidate that he or she is pledged to support, so long as the delegate candidate discloses that information:

By that same token, if a candidate is cheated he is entitled to some recourse. After all the cheating was done under the name of the Republican Party Franchise. The recourse could be more onerous than the original act. I’d say all delegates should be cancelled would be an appropriate response. That would in effect distribute all the votes equally.
And it all keeps coming out. People who say that the Cruz campaign is just more organized actually need to realize that it’s more deceitful and shady in the delegate process. The Colorado process was designed in such a way as to discourage wide Republican voter participation (and thus hurt Trump) and I hope that people keep on this story so the Cruz campaign will feel the pressure to not engage in such sleazy tactics.
By the time this is over corrupt banana republics will be laughing at us.
Editors and proof readers decline in number as our America sinks further into the pit. RNC unable to print ballots correctly - and THESE pit bulls want to lead our country? Not bloody likely!! Call a liberal judge -they can fix anything - or ignore it depending on their mood that day.
The wolf in sheep’s clothing = Teddy Cruz
Where IS that match?
No doubt they already are.
Oh, I see. So you believe what’s gone on with this election regarding Cruz is above board, legitimate and honorable?
Brilliant. Tokyo Rose would be proud of you.
Wrong!
The research has already been done regarding allocation of delegate votes, assuming all combinations of errors, for a particular delegate.
No net change.
Closest Trump alternate was under 500.
Lowest Cruz Delegate was over 1200.
By the time this election is over, elections in countries like Somalia and Nigeria will seem legitimate and honorable.
‘Just wondering since your FR account has been SUSPENDED, how you are able to post?’
Is this your definition of more fun than a barrel of monkeys?
Or do you only consider it a banner day if someone reports you to the PTB?
;)
Funny how Cruz supporters figured out the ballots and Trump supporters couldn’t.
Hilarious in fact! LOL
This is about the rights of the people, your rights, my rights, not about Donald Trump’s rights. It would be utterly immoral and corrupt of Mr. Trump not to protest this, even if he is the front runner, to again victimize and wrong the people who have already been wronged by victimized and wronged by this corruption because he fears being called names. Shame on you for not wanting a clean and honest election. Fraud is fraud and needs to be stopped!
Unseat the entire Colorado delegation.
Punish them by slicing their delegate number by 50% for 2020.
After reading enough of Yash’s posts, I have finally realized that clever Yash ridicules the ridiculous. Enjoy his/her posts, I do.
NO. It means he digs young brunettes.
