Went to submit our tax form last year and it was refused by the IRS because “someone” had already filed with our SSNs. We “owed” about $3000. The IRS would not accept our filing! Well for sure they eventually cashed our check. This year, my husband received a PIN # for filing our taxes. We attempted to file but it was again rejected although we “owed” $2600!!!! even though we both claimed 0 dependents for paycheck deductions. I do not understand how this can be. I am a public school teacher and my husband is the manager of a fitness center. Just saying.
