Maybe Trump doesn't think flyover country is important enough to go there and seek delegates. Even if that isn't the case, his ignoring the flyover states doesn't herald a great future for them under a Trump Administration. He can keep his urbane bicoastalcentricity. Apparently anything west of the Mississippi is not a comfortable flight to and from the Trump Tower.
